Our beautifully renovated winery's rich history and warm and inviting ambiance make the building worth the trip itself. Enjoy a glass, a bottle or a full wine tasting among the century-old limestone walls while browsing our unique selection of wine-related gifts. The grapes we use are grown among the lush and rolling hills of the Sogn Valley, located just 10 miles south-west of Cannon Falls.

The vineyard is opened to the public in the fall for grape harvesting and tours. A 19th century timber frame barn completes the picturesque setting and you’ll swear for a minute you just stepped off a plane into the Napa Valley.

Whether you are interested in an afternoon of wine tasting, interested in holding a special event at our venue or are simply looking for a day away among the oak casks and sloping vineyard hills, Cannon River Winery provides you with it all. We look forward to having you as our guest. Salute!
