Linda and Marvin Seppanen have long enjoyed traveling and visiting small family wineries. Those travels have taken us to wineries from Florida to Washington and Maine to California, as well as Italy, Portugal, France, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, Quebec, Australia, and New Zealand. In particular, we have visited many upper midwest wineries in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, and Nebraska.

Garvin Heights Vineyards produces wine from cold-climate grapes that we grow on our farm located on the bluff above the city of Winona, Minnesota on the Mississippi River. We currently have over 2,500 vines representing over 15 varieties of cold-climate grapes. Our grapevines surround the winery – see why we call it “Minnesota’s Most Scenic Winery”.

We offer wine tastings when the winery is open during regular business hours. The tasting flights include four 1.5 ounce wine samples selected from the week’s featured wines We take pride in finding the right wine for nearly any taste.

Open for tasting and sales:
Friday and Saturday Noon Until 8 pm
Thursday, Sunday, and Monday Noon Until 5 pm
